時空遞嬗至民國九十四年，由林德泰醫師的兒子林希哲老師接手經營空間，原婦產科醫院搖身一變，成為專業的音樂展演空間，於民國九十七年成立聲子藝棧，以音樂教育與展演形式繼續服務花蓮在地民眾。
除了音樂教育所需的各式琴房，並有可容納七十人的合奏排練場，以及80席的小型展演廳，並可依需求彈性整備為靜態展覽或動態的講座、各式工作坊等空間場域，並提供藝文相關服務。以藝術形式深入社區，期許成為在地的藝文推手、美學教育的陪伴者。
